Delivery
We know that as soon as you’ve placed an order you will be desperate to get your hands on it, so we promise from receipt of your order and clearing of payment, Lally’s Closet will aim to deliver to the UK within 3-4 working days, (sometimes a bit sooner as a little surprise).

We wish we could magic things a bit quicker but until that’s possible, deliveries to Europe and the rest of the World will be made within 7-14 working days.

Standard Deliveries within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. If you are really desperate to get something in a hurry, for a special event or a last minute gift, next day delivery is available at an additional cost, within the UK, but we have to receive your order before 1pm. Next Day Delivery will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Please note your postman will ask for your autograph for both next day and regular deliveries.

Lally’s Closet cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once dispatched. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or disruption to delivery caused by industrial disputes or action outside our direct control. However, if we are aware of a planned postal strike we will try to use another service to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.

Postage Charges
Delivery Charges per order are as follows:
UK Standard Delivery on orders under £150 - £3.50
UK Standard Delivery on orders over £150 – FREE
UK Next Day Delivery (orders must be placed by 1pm) - £5.95
Deliveries within Europe - £8
Deliveries to USA/Rest of World - £12

Returns and Cancellations
We really hope you are happy with your order but if you wish to return an item please contact us by e-mail topsy@lallyscloset.com, within 7 days of receipt of the item, to advise customer services that you wish to return your order. Please state your order number when emailing regarding returns.

Items can only be returned in the same condition as they were sent and if they still have their tags on. Please return items via recorded delivery or obtain a proof of posting from your Post Office as Lally’s Closet cannot issue refunds on items lost in transit.

We try very hard to describe items as best we can and therefore we can only refund the postage cost of the return if the item has not been accurately described.

It is possible to cancel an order if it has not yet been dispatched. Please e-mail us ASAP, topsy@lallyscloset.com, with your order number to inform us you wish to cancel your order and we will refund you the full amount. If order has been dispatched already you will need to return item as described in above.
